1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HubAI Trader ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Service Description

HubAI Trader is an AI-powered trading workspace that provides market analysis, trading setup discovery, position management tools, and news monitoring. The Platform connects to supported cryptocurrency exchanges (Bitget, OKX, BingX) through user-provided API keys.

3. Not Financial Advice

HubAI Trader is a decision-support tool. All AI analyses, confidence scores, entry/exit suggestions, and market insights are algorithmic outputs and do not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice. Past analysis performance does not guarantee future results. Final investment and trading decisions rest entirely with the user.

4. API Access and Security

Users connect their exchange accounts through API keys with read and trade permissions only. HubAI Trader never requests withdrawal or transfer permissions. Users are responsible for:

• Creating API keys with appropriate (limited) permissions
• Securing their exchange accounts with strong passwords and 2FA
• Periodically rotating API keys
• Monitoring their exchange account activity

5. User Responsibilities

You acknowledge that cryptocurrency trading carries substantial risk of loss. You agree to:

• Trade only with funds you can afford to lose
• Make your own independent trading decisions
• Not rely solely on AI outputs for financial decisions
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

6. Intellectual Property

All platform content, features, technology (including Hub Copilot), branding, and design are the intellectual property of HubAI Trader. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform without written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

HubAI Trader, its operators, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any trading losses, missed opportunities, technical failures, exchange-side issues, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.

8. Service Availability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We strive for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features, exchanges, and capabilities may change at any time.

9. Business Model

HubAI Trader is free to use. Revenue is generated through exchange affiliate partnerships. When users trade on supported exchanges, HubAI Trader earns a share of exchange fees. There are no hidden costs or subscriptions.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform.
