• Exchange API keys — encrypted and stored securely for trading functionality
• Usage data — anonymized interaction data to improve platform features

2. API Key Security

All exchange API keys are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption. Keys are transmitted exclusively over TLS/HTTPS. We only accept API keys with read and trade permissions — withdrawal permissions are never requested or supported.

3. How We Use Your Data

• Email: account management, essential service notifications
• API keys: executing trades, reading positions, and market data on your behalf
• Usage data: improving features, identifying bugs, and enhancing user experience

4. What We Do Not Do

• We never sell or share your personal data with third parties
• We never access your exchange funds or initiate withdrawals
• We never share your trading activity with other users (unless you choose to via leaderboard)
• We never send marketing emails without consent

5. Data Storage

Your data is stored on secure servers with industry-standard protection. API keys are encrypted at rest and in transit. Access to user data is restricted to essential operations only.

6. Third-Party Services

HubAI Trader connects to Bitget, OKX, and BingX exchanges through their official APIs. We may use anonymized analytics services to understand platform usage patterns. No personal or trading data is shared with analytics providers.

7. Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, API keys and personal data are permanently removed. Anonymized usage data may be retained for platform improvement.
